Visitation BVM School named a 2025 School of Distinction

Visitation BVM School has once again been named a School of Distinction for BOTH Growth and Exceeding Potential! This dual recognition is a testament to the outstanding teaching, dedicated learning, and unwavering commitment that defines our entire school community.

These awards reflect not only how much our students are achieving, but also the remarkable progress they are making. Our school met rigorous criteria to earn these honors:

·   Growth Award: This award recognizes our students' year-over-year academic progress. A majority of classes (80%) at each tested grade level demonstrated academic growth in all content areas, based on performance on the Normal Curve Equivalent (NCE) scale.

·   Exceeding Potential Award: This award highlights how our students are meeting or surpassing their anticipated academic potential. By comparing results from the InView (cognitive ability) and TerraNova (achievement) assessments, our students were shown to meet or exceed their potential in all content areas at 80% or more of tested grade levels.

These accomplishments are a true testament to our faculty’s instructional excellence and our students’ hard work and perseverance. We are incredibly proud to be recognized among the top schools in our community.
