Starting Friday, July 16th through Tuesday, July 21st, the lobby will be stripped and waxed in preparation for the start of school. There will be no access to the uniform exchange room during this period. The school office will be open and accessible: Monday-Thursday, 9-1 pm. The Uniform Exchange Room will reopen on Wednesday, July 23rd.

Parents may be a bit confused about what their child should wear this school year. Please click on the Parent tab and review the Uniform Policy page. We have tried to clarify the expectations here. Please call or email the office with questions.

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, the school and parish offices will be closed Thursday, July 2nd through Monday, July 6th. God bless America!

Please mark your calendars for the start of the 2026-2027 school year. Due to the late Labor Day holiday, school will begin on Monday, August 31st.

Visitation BVM School has once again been named a School of Distinction for BOTH Growth and Exceeding Potential! This dual recognition is a testament to the outstanding teaching, dedicated learning, and unwavering commitment that defines our entire school community. We are participating in the Sock Roll Challenge to address a critical need (socks are the most requested item by the homeless community) - during Catholic Schools Week. Please help if you can.

Thank you for helping us honor our veterans and active duty members.

Our school is hosting monthly Bingo nights, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. These events are open to all adults, 18 years of age or older, and all proceeds will benefit our school. Friday, December 27, 2024 Doors Open: 5:30 PM First Game Starts: 6:30 PM.

Pre-K & Kindergarten Orientation for parents/guardians. Meet with your child's teacher and learn about the upcoming school year; procedures, curriculum, and expectations. This night is not designed for the student. They are welcome at the Meet Your Teacher event on Thursday, August 29th.

This event is for parents and guardians only. The Pre-K & Kindergarten Orientation will follow at 7:00 PM. These presentations are geared towards parents: therefore, if at all possible, we ask you to please arrange for childcare. If impossible, it is fine to bring your child(ren).

During the summer months, we have placed a book return bin in the school vestibule. Please return all Library books as soon as possible. Thank you!

What an amazing Round 2! We collected nearly 6,000 food items and $550.00 in donations. Our new total is more than 10,000 items. All of our individual classes have earned multiple benchmark prizes and many have already redeemed them! Congratulations to our teams, “3A/3B/PK1” and “4A/4B/PK2” for advancing to the finals of the VisiCares Food Drive bracket challenge. Our partners, the Ancient Order of Hibernians helped us deliver three truckloads to The Patrician Society this week. Thank you for your generosity! The drive ends on Wednesday morning, March 27th at 8:00 AM.
